What is the Coway Subscription service?
Coway Subscription service:

- No need to change filters yourself - filters are replaced every 2 or 4 months by our team.
- Professional cleaning and maintenance services by Cody service staff are provided every 2 months.
- Free repairs included! Backed by a 5- or 7-year product warranty for uninterrupted clean water and pure air.
Are there any additional fees beyond the subscription package?
There are no additional charges beyond the subscription package. However, a late payment fee will be applied in accordance with the company’s policy if payment is overdue.
What is the duration of the subscription package?
Coway subscription packages are available with 5-year or 7-year contracts.
When is the subscription fee charged?
For monthly subscription plans, the subscription fee is automatically charged on the 5th of each month. If there are insufficient funds on your credit card, the system will retry the charge on subsequent days until the payment is successfully completed.
