เกณฑ์การตัดสินผลการแข่งขัน และเงื่อนไขการรับรางวัล
- การจัดลำดับผู้ชนะประเภท Top 3 ชายและหญิง ในระยะ 10K และ 5K จะพิจารณาจาก Gun Time เท่านั้น
- การจัดลำดับผู้ชนะประเภท Top 50 ชายและหญิง ในระยะ 10K จะพิจารณาจาก Chip Time เท่านั้น
- การจัดลำดับผู้ชนะประเภท Top 20 รุ่นทั่วไปเด็ก ระยะ 5K (รวมชาย-หญิง) จะพิจารณาจาก Gun Time เท่านั้น
- การประกวดแฟนซี ผู้ชนะลำดับที่ 1-3 และรางวัลชมเชย 10 รางวัล จะ ตัดสินจากความคิดสร้างสรรค์ในการแต่งกาย และคำตัดสินของกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
- นักวิ่งที่ได้รับรางวัลจะต้อง รายงานตัว ณ จุดรับรางวัลภายใน 45 นาที หลังจากทราบผลการแข่งขันอย่างเป็นทางการ
- ผู้เข้าแข่งขันทุกคน ต้องติดหมายเลขวิ่ง (BIB) เพื่อเข้า Block Start เท่านั้น
- ผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลจะต้องแสดง หลักฐานยืนยันตัวตน ที่ตรงกับชื่อ-นามสกุลบนหมายเลขวิ่ง (BIB) เช่น บัตรประชาชน ใบขับขี่ หรือหนังสือเดินทาง หากข้อมูลไม่ตรงตามที่ลงทะเบียนไว้ จะถูกตัดสิทธิ์ในการรับรางวัล
- ผลการตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด ไม่สามารถโต้แย้ง เปลี่ยนแปลง หรืออุทธรณ์ได้ในทุกกรณี
- ห้ามใช้ชื่อผู้อื่นลงทะเบียน หรือให้บุคคลอื่นวิ่งแทน หากตรวจพบจะถูกตัดสิทธิ์จากการแข่งขันและไม่มีสิทธิ์รับรางวัล
Competition Rules & Award Conditions
- Gun time will be used to determine the winners in 10K and 5K for Top 3 male and female category only.
- Chip time will be used to determine the winners in 10K for Top 50 male and female category only.
- Gun time will be used to determine the winners in 5K for Top 20 Kids Open category (combined male and female) only.
- Fancy Costume Contest: Winners (Top 3 and 10 Honorable Mentions) will be judged based on creativity.
- Award recipients must report to the prize collection point within 45 minutes after the official results are announced.
- Only runners wearing their bib (BIB) are allowed to enter the Start Block.
- Winners must present a valid ID that matches the registered name and bib number (e.g., ID card, driver's license, passport). Mismatched information will result in disqualification.
- All decisions made by the committee are final and cannot be contested or appealed.
- Bib swapping or registering under another person's name is strictly prohibited. Violators will be disqualified and not eligible for any awards.
